"June is bustin' out all over. All over the meadow and the hill!"

So, while putting up that LONG string of post about our most wonderful trip....real life played out in the background! Right after we arrived at home, we found out our washer was having some major issues, so we couldn't wash the clothes. Which was a real bummer, seeing as most of us pack pretty much all of our clothes! You can assume that we were not amused!

So, a week after not being able to wash ANYTHING, my mum decided a trip to the laundromat was needed. So, I took two helpers (Abby and Grace) along and we wash all of our towels. Below are a few photos we got while changing the loads!"Laundry day, see you there, under things, tumbling ...."When one is with your best friends, might as well enjoy the time you have!! Right?!?!? =)
Then June crept up on us.....and the Turkey Festival! This happens to be the best one to go to, because they have just one night when payment for one equals up to two! So, we only go to this fair, because it's harder to do the others with such a big family! We met up with a bunch of church families to spend our evening with them!We all had a lovely time! For me, I had a simply marvelous time! I went on the Farris Wheel twice! I hadn't been on one in years, so it was nice to do it again! Below I made a collage of our night.Then came June 16th. Our raised garden bed frames had been finished, and we had the dirt delivered the day before. So, this was the BIG day we got to plant everything!! *happiness*
My dad did an amazing job putting it all together for us! I'm incredibly blessed to have his wisdom and guidance every day!Deciding how we should organize the plants!Working on plant settings.Planting...Green Beans

And of course, they needed water!
That same day happened to be Abigail's 13th birthday! On our 13th birthday's, it's a tradition for us to get our ears pierced! So, you must be well informed to know that Abby we incredibly EXCITED about this birthday! She had been looking forward to this day, it seems like forever!! So, after planting was done, I took her over to get her ears pierced! Sisters! <3Jessica made her a wheat-free carrot cake! It was so delicious too!!The next day we had this event where a bunch of people perform their many talents! Below William is eagerly waiting to go!! This kid brings a smile to my face every day!! I'm one blessed girl to have so many wonderful siblings in my life! =)Abby put together a project and essay about Quinoa. She did an outstanding job!!
Siblings will be siblings! =)LinkThe program.There was singing.....ArtPlays.....

and a farewell song! (If you would like to watch some of the videos from the evening, please click HERE)
There has been green grass, and yes, purple painted toes! =) And of course, the weather has been brilliant, plants have been watered every day, weeding has been done, errands have been made, laundry has been caught up, meals have been made, and life has been lived to the glory of God!

I pray y'all have been blessed this week, and continue to thank our wonderful Provider for all He has given us! Even the small things count!

Y'all come back now, ya hear?!?!? {insert grin}
